Ask them if they advocate health care, legal justice, career advice, and child care for women. Diversity is an important part of organizations because it helps them address your specific needs, so ask them what professionals they have working there so that you can find someone you are comfortable talking to. If they charge for their services, ask them if they have a sliding scale and get a written price quote.
